Pinnacle Advisory Partners, LLC ("Pinnacle," "we," "us," or "our") is responsible for the AOP Leadership Culture Check and its Executive Pilot Feedback Form. This policy explains what information we collect when you use these resources, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
The AOP Leadership Culture Check is a seven-question leadership self-reflection tool. In the current version, your selections are processed within your browser to generate a personalized reflection summary. The Culture Check does not intentionally transmit those selections to Pinnacle or store them in a Pinnacle-managed assessment database. If you choose to print, save, or download your summary, you control the resulting file.
If you separately complete the Executive Pilot Feedback Form, we collect the ratings, answers, and written comments you submit. You may also choose to provide your first name and email address. Those identifying fields are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential workplace details, or information about other people in your comments.
2. Website and technical information
Our website and service providers may process technical information necessary to deliver the pages, operate the form, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems. Depending on the provider configuration, this may include IP addresses, device and browser information, and basic usage or diagnostic records. We will verify our provider settings and update this notice if our use of cookies or analytics requires further disclosures.
3. How we use information
We use submitted feedback to evaluate the usefulness, clarity, and relevance of the Culture Check; identify improvements; maintain and secure the service; and respond to you when you request a response and provide contact information. Providing an email address for pilot feedback does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing communications.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The Executive Pilot Feedback Form is hosted through GrowthHub 365, a service built on the HighLevel platform. Information submitted through the form is processed through that service in connection with our account. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate arrangements. We do not describe the anonymous self-reflection responses as submissions to the feedback form; these are separate activities.
5. Retention and security
We retain feedback and optional contact information for as long as reasonably necessary for pilot evaluation, legitimate business purposes, and applicable legal obligations, subject to our actual platform configuration and retention practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can use the Culture Check without giving us your name or email address and submit the feedback form without those optional fields. You may contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your submission, where applicable. If you submitted feedback without identifying information, we may be unable to reliably locate a particular anonymous response.
7. External websites
Links to external resources, including the fuller AOP diagnostic, may lead to websites with their own privacy practices. Review those websites' notices before sharing information.
8. Children's privacy
These leadership resources are intended for adults acting in a professional capacity and are not directed to children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the AOP Leadership resources evolve. We will post the updated policy here with a revised effective date.
